Everyone faces various problems and obstacles in life. To confront and overcome them, one needs inner courage. Sun worship provides the support needed to face challenges, move forward on life’s path, and live a radiant life.
Worshipping the Sun after a morning bath is a traditional practice; indeed, Sun worship is considered the foremost form of nature worship. Scriptures state that Lord Surya (the Sun God) is the presiding deity of health and well-being, advising us to worship Him for a healthy life. People in China and Germany who practice Sun worship are known to enjoy longer lifespans.
Vedic sages have described the Sun as the “soul of all waters.” Sun worship is practiced across the globe. Our ancestors have long taught that performing Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) daily yields immense benefits. It is an undeniable fact that those who practice Surya Namaskar reap wonderful rewards—spiritually, astrologically, and scientifically. Simply receiving the blessings of Lord Surya can resolve half of one’s problems.

- Intention & Prayer: Hold the grains in your hand, pray sincerely to Lord Surya for health and success, place them into the water, and set the vessel in your prayer room.

By following this practice, all difficulties will vanish, and your life will shine with brilliance, much like the radiant light of the Sun.
